Paul is a retired engineer that worked in the electric utility industry for 43 years where he performed economic and reliability analysis of the power system and developed long-term plans to meet customer growth. He has previously served as a board member and treasurer of his church and the Williams Institute for Ethics and Management. He is honored to be able to use his financial and planning skills to help PCA achieve its mission of providing spiritual care and support to those who are suffering.
An Ordained Minister with a degree in Biblical Studies, she brings more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare field, including nearly two decades of service as a hospital Chaplain.
She currently oversees chaplaincy services for three hospitals, where new Chaplains are trained under her leadership and active listening skills are taught as part of their professional development.
Terri Dunmire serves as Lead Chaplain at Abrazo Arrowhead Hospital, where compassionate spiritual care is provided to patients and their families during both joyful milestones and times of crisis. Through her ministry, encouragement, comfort, and support are extended to patients, their loved ones, and hospital staff, drawing on the peace and hope found in God the Father and His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ.
Rick Garrett, Sr. is a seasoned spiritual leader with over 30 years in ministry and a deep commitment to pastoral care. He currently serves as Chaplain at Abrazo West Campus, Abrazo Buckeye Campus, and Abrazo Rehabilitation Center, bringing compassionate, faith-based support to patients, families, and medical staff across the Abrazo Health System. He also has been Chaplain at EastLake Mortuary for17 years.
Ordained under Dr. Bill & Veronica Winston, Rick has dedicated his life to counseling individuals and families, equipping church leaders, and guiding others toward spiritual and personal growth. He and his wife of 41 years, Pastor Debra Garrett, serve as Senior Pastors of The Message Church and are launching the "One Stop Life Center" to address holistic life needs in their community. For 37 years, they have founded and supported Christian daycare centers, private schools, and entrepreneurial endeavors together.
A lifelong learner, Rick is an Ordained Minister, holds a Theology degree and is a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Trainer, and Speaker. He is a devoted father of six, grandfather of 17, and great-grandfather of five — and considers mentoring the next generation one of his highest callings.
